- Experience an untouched part of the Maine Coast in the most northeastern part of the U.S., on the 45th Parallel – halfway between the Equator and the North Pole.
- Enjoy unbeatable views, time and space to prioritize peace, and a once-in-a lifetime adventure in Lubec, Maine on 120 feet of coast in Carrying Bay Cove with a group of like-minded women.
- Practice the 7 Principles of Mindfulness: non-judging, patience, beginner’s mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance, letting go.

Weekend at a Glance:
- 4 nights, 5 days of coastal accommodations with views of Atlantic Ocean

- Round-trip transportation to and from Bangor Airport via private group transportation
- Note: Flights need to arrive by 2 pm for airport pickup is July 25. Airport drop-off is July 29 at 12:30 pm. It is about a 2.5 hour drive from the airport to our retreat in Lubec, please prepare accordingly. We will stop for the group to grab lunch in Ellsworth. We do have parking on site, so you can also rent a car and meet us there if you would like to do any additional travel on your own. There is a convenient hotel at the Bangor Airport if you wish to arrive earlier or stay later.
