- Note: Flights need to arrive by 2:40 pm at Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport (MGA Airport) for airport pickup on January 3. Airport drop-off is January 9 at 11:00 am. It is around 2.5 hours travel time from airport to our eco-resort.

Q: Do I need to have yoga experience to join?
Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels — from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. Each class and workshop is designed with modifications and options so everyone can move, breathe, and grow at their own pace.
Q: What is included in the retreat price?
Your retreat investment includes:
- 6 nights of boutique eco-resort ocean view accommodation

Q: What’s not included?
Airfare, alcohol, optional private sessions (massage or coaching), and travel insurance are not included. We recommend purchasing trip insurance through Allianz or a provider of your choice.

A $750 non-refundable deposit reserves your space in Nicaragua.
The remaining balance is due October 1, 2026, and payment plans are available upon request.
Q: Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests attend solo — and often leave with lifelong friendships. This retreat is designed to foster genuine connection in a supportive environment.
Q: Can I share a casita with a friend or family member?
Yes! You can request to share a casita with a friend during booking. If you’re coming alone and would like a shared option, we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another guest.
Q: What is the food like?
Our private chef prepares fresh, nourishing, locally inspired meals that support energy and digestion. Menus feature vibrant produce, tropical fruits, and Nicaraguan coastal flavors. This is not a vegan or vegetarian retreat, but we can cater to anyone.
Dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, etc.) can be accommodated.
Q: What is the daily schedule like?
Each day follows the rhythm of the elements — balancing movement, mindfulness, and rest.
You’ll begin with sunrise meditation and yoga, followed by nourishing meals, free time, excursions, and afternoon workshops or restorative sessions. Evenings often include sound healing, ceremony, or time to watch the sunset over the Pacific.
Q: What airport do I fly into?
Fly into Augusto Cesar Sandino International Airport (MGA) in Managua, Nicaragua.
Airport pickup is included for flights arriving by 2:40 PM on January 3, 2027, and drop-off is included arriving to MGA airport at 11:00 AM on January 9, 2027.
(Travel time from the airport to the retreat villa is approximately 2.5 hours.)
Q: What should I pack?
We’ll send you a detailed packing guide closer to the retreat date, but essentials include light, breathable clothing, a swimsuit, yoga attire, sandals, and a reusable water bottle.
Q: Is it safe to travel to Nicaragua?
We partner with trusted local drivers, hosts, and guides who ensure a safe and seamless experience. The property is in a peaceful, private coastal area — a world away from city bustle — and we take every measure to ensure your comfort and security.
Q: What if I have to cancel?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat if cancellation is made before October 1, 2026.
After that date, no refunds can be issued due to contractual commitments with our venue partners.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
