About Me

Tate completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training course in Guatemala on the beautiful shores of Lake Atitlán, then her 300 hour YTTC in Rishikesh, India near the banks of the Ganges River. Tate believes in using a variety of wellness modalities in order to live her best life and to thrive. With experience in a variety of yoga styles and paths, Pilates, Barre, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, Reiki, Coaching, Nutrition, and Holistic Health, she is always looking to expand her knowledge and deepen her own experiences, while passionately sharing that wisdom with others.

She began her yoga practice in 2011 after suffering a herniated disc, which eventually needed surgery in 2016. This is why she believes strongly on proper alignment, steady movement, and core strength.
Tate focuses on health being a mental, physical, and spiritual connection, and using it as a way to be her best self.
