About Me
Tate completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Guatemala on the beautiful shores of Lake Atitlán. Her focus was primarily Hatha Yoga, with Ashtanga Vinyasa. Tate teaches a variety of styles of yoga: with experience in Vinyasa, Power, Hot Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Core, Pilates/Barre fusions, Breath Work, and Guided Meditations. She is always looking to expand her knowledge and deepen her practice, and is very passionate about sharing that knowledge.

She began her yoga practice in 2011 after suffering a herniated disc, which eventually needed surgery in 2016. This is why she focuses strongly on proper alignment, steady movement, and core strength.
As a native to Fairhope, Alabama, Tate enjoys life on Fish River with her French bulldog Leo. She focuses on health being a mental, physical, and spiritual connection, and using it as a way to be her best self.
