About Me
Tate completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Guatemala on the beautiful shores of Lake Atitlán. Her focus was primarily Hatha Yoga, with Ashtanga Vinyasa. Tate teaches a variety of styles of yoga: with experience in Vinyasa, Power, Hot Yoga, Yin, Restorative, Core, Pilates/Barre fusions, Breath Work, and Guided Meditations.
