With training in yoga, breathwork, and nutrition, Tate creates nurturing retreat experiences where movement, mindfulness, and nature come together to support true healing. Her approach is rooted in the belief that every woman has the power to reset her health from within — and that community, rest, and intention are key to lasting well-being.

Q: What’s included in the retreat package?
Your experience includes three nights of coastal accommodations, all nourishing meals and beverages, daily movement sessions (yoga, breathwork, and meditation), guided beach walks, group connection circles, and thoughtfully curated wellness amenities throughout the weekend.
Q: What is not included?
Travel to and from Port St. Joe, personal travel insurance, and any optional add-on experiences such as massage therapy or local excursions are not included.
Q: Is this retreat suitable for beginners?
Yes! All levels are welcome. Our movement and mindfulness sessions are accessible and adaptable, with guidance provided for beginners and space for experienced guests to deepen their practice.
Q: Can I attend the retreat alone?
Absolutely. Many of our guests attend solo and leave feeling deeply connected to a supportive sisterhood. We create a welcoming, inclusive environment that makes it easy to connect with others—or enjoy solitude when you need it.
Q: Will my dietary preferences be accommodated?
Yes. Our chef is experienced in preparing meals that meet a wide range of dietary needs, including vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free options. You’ll be asked to share your preferences after booking.
Q: Do I need to bring a yoga mat or props?
All essential props and mats will be provided, though you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Q: Is there time to relax on my own?
Yes. While the schedule offers rich opportunities for connection and guided practices, we intentionally include free time for rest, reflection, beach walks, journaling, or simply soaking in the beauty of your surroundings.
Q: Will I have Wi-Fi or cell service?
Yes, cell service and wifi available, though we encourage you to use this time to unplug and be present.
