The Art of Living Long
Return to Vitality: A Sacred Reset
You’re invited to a Wellness Retreat on the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica from January 17 – 23, 2026 to join Tate Sutton and Morgan Tyner as we learn to live long and to live slow, the Blue Zone way.

Blue Zone Reboot
Our retreat blends the wisdom of the Blue Zones, the ritual of the New Year, and the healing power of slowing down. We invite you to step out of urgency and into alignment—to live, move, and choose from a deeper, slower rhythm that mirrors the wisdom of both nature and the Blue Zones.
This new year is not about hustle, resolutions, or reinventing yourself, but about remembering what already sustains you: purpose, community, simplicity, and daily practices that feed your life force.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Where is the retreat located?
Our retreat takes place on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica — one of the world’s five Blue Zones known for long life, vibrant health, and a strong sense of community. You’ll stay in beautiful accommodations nestled between jungle and sea.
Q: What airport should I fly into?
We recommend flying into Liberia International Airport (LIR). Airport transfer details will be provided after registration.
Q: What’s included in the retreat package?
Your experience includes 6 nights of beautiful accommodations, twice-daily yoga and movement practices, guided sunrise meditations, sacred rituals, a Blue Zone-inspired cooking class, and immersive excursions such as a waterfall hike, a horseback ride on the beach, and a boat day on the Pacific. You’ll also participate in a meaningful community volunteer project, explore a local volcano and colonial town, and enjoy 3 nourishing local meals each day. All scheduled group transportation and thoughtful touches throughout the retreat — including welcome gifts and surprises — are also included.
Q: What’s not included?
Airfare is not included in the retreat price. You’ll also be responsible for your own travel insurance (which we highly recommend), any spa treatments or personal shopping, and any snacks, beverages, or meals outside of our planned offerings.
Q: Do I need to be good at yoga or meditation to attend?
Not at all. This retreat is open to all levels — whether you’re new to these practices or have years of experience. You’ll be supported to move at your own pace and connect to your body and breath in a way that feels intuitive and safe.
Q: Can I come alone?
Yes, and we welcome it! Many of our guests come solo and find it to be one of the most empowering, connective, and fulfilling experiences. You’ll feel a part of the community from the very beginning.
Q: What’s the food like?
You’ll be nourished with vibrant, locally sourced meals inspired by the Blue Zones — plenty of plant-forward dishes, fresh tropical fruits, healthy fats, wild-caught fish, and Costa Rican flavors. We’re happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions with advance notice.
Q: What’s the daily schedule like?
Our days flow with a gentle, balanced rhythm. Mornings begin with meditation and movement, followed by time for nourishment and reflection. Afternoons include workshops, rest, or excursions, and evenings close with connection, ceremony, or stillness. You’ll receive a full sample itinerary after booking.
Q: How do I reserve my spot?
Simply click the “Reserve Here” button and submit your deposit. Space is intentionally limited to keep this experience intimate and impactful.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Your $750 deposit holds your space and is non-refundable, due to the limited group size and advance commitments made to our retreat partners.
If you need to cancel before November 1, 2025, you may transfer your booking to another guest or receive retreat credit (minus your deposit) for a future offering. If you cancel after November 1, 2025 of the retreat start date, we are unable to offer refunds or credits.
