Schedule of the Day:
30 minutes – Arrival & Welcome
1 hour – Yoga: Mindful Movement, Breath Work, Meditation
30 minutes – Nourishing Meal and Healthy Treat
1 hour – Free Time: reading, lounging, relaxing, canoeing, connecting with other like-minded people, and just simply being
1 hour – Crystal Singing Bowls
