A Women’s Wellness Retreat
You’re invited to a Women’s Wellness Retreat in Northeastern Maine from July 24 – 28, 2025 to join Tate Sutton and Lorie Ward for an epic weekend to become fully present.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, this retreat is designed to offer a space for women to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and embrace the present moment.

- Experience an untouched part of the world in the most northeastern corner of the U.S., on the 45th Parallel – halfway between the Equator and the North Pole.

- Practice the 7 Principles of Mindfulness: non-judging, patience, beginner’s mind, trust, non-striving, acceptance, letting go.
- Daily sessions that blend mindfulness practices with guided meditation and breath work to quiet the mind, gain more active listening, find intentions, focus attention, and cultivate inner awareness.
- We provide many opportunities to learn more about mindfulness and how to incorporate it into everyday life, while also having free time to explore all the property has to offer.
- Practice yoga in a serene environment to release tension, improve flexibility, and deepen your mind-body connection.

Weekend at a Glance:
- 4 nights, 5 days of coastal accommodations
- Daily Morning Mindful Movement, Meditation, Breath Work
- Afternoon / Evening Offerings: Yin, Restorative, Nidra, Kundalini, Sound Healing
- Round-trip transportation to and from Bangor Airport
- 3 plant-focused inspired meals a day, coffee and tea, snacks (diet includes eggs, yogurt, and seafood; dietary needs can be accommodated)

- Sunset Bonfires looking across the bay at Canada
- Visit to Quoddy Head State Park and West Quoddy Head Lighthouse at the easternmost point of land in the U.S.

- Note: Flights need to arrive by 1:30 pm for airport pickup on July 24. Airport drop-off is July 28 at 12:30 pm. It is about a 2.5 hour drive from the airport to our retreat in Lubec on winding roads in Maine, please prepare accordingly. We will stop for the group to grab lunch in Ellsworth. We do have parking on site, so you can also rent a car and meet us there if you would like to do any additional travel on your own. There is a convenient hotel at the Bangor Airport if you wish to arrive earlier or stay later.
