Located on our private riverfront sanctuary, our joyful and restorative retreat offers an opportunity to flow into summer.
Immerse yourself in an afternoon of mindful movement, nature, creativity, and connection. From the grounding power of yoga and Pilates to peaceful meditation, fresh smoothies, and time to play in the water, this mini retreat is designed to help you reset, reconnect, and radiate from the inside out.
Step into a few hours of presence and pleasure — think yoga under the trees, fresh smoothies, riverside journaling and reading, crafting with natural elements, and the freedom to swim or canoe.
