A Sacred Retreats Equinox Experience on Fish River
Join Tate Sutton on September 18 or 20 to relax on the banks of Fish River for a half-day Sacred Retreats experience. Created to mark the quiet threshold between summer and autumn, the Autumn Gathering is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, spend time in meaningful community, and intentionally enter a new season. For three and a half unhurried hours, we will move, breathe, gather around a seasonal table, reflect, create, and connect.

Gather. Ground. Reflect. Receive. Create. Connect.
Summer asks us to expand.
Autumn asks us to gather ourselves home.
Choose the gathering that fits your schedule. The same Sacred Retreats experience will be offered twice.
9/18 Friday 10 am – 1:30 pm
9/20 Sunday 2 pm – 5:30 pm
Come spend a few unhurried hours stepping intentionally
out of summer and into autumn.

Imagine your day here…
You arrive on Fish River and there is already something seasonal waiting for you to sip, along with a cool towel and a few quiet minutes to settle in.
Beneath the trees, we begin to move. Nothing strenuous, nothing to prove. Just grounding movement, Pilates, yoga, breath, and the river beside us.
From there, the pace softens even more. You’ll settle into an autumn equinox meditation and reflect on what this year has grown in you, what you’re ready to release, and what you want to welcome next.
Then we gather around The Autumn Table for seasonal food, something delicious to drink, and the kind of conversation that happens when nobody is rushing anywhere.
Later, you’ll wander through our little Autumn Apothecary, filling your own simmer jar with dried fruits, herbs, and warming spices and creating a botanical bundle to carry home.
Before we leave, we’ll return to the river for a release-and-receive ritual and closing circle.
And when you go home, you’ll take your creations, a curated Sacred Retreats gift bag, and hopefully a little more peace, a little more clarity, and the feeling that you actually noticed the beginning of a new season.

THIS GATHERING IS FOR YOU IF…

You are invited to come exactly as you are.

MEET YOUR RETREAT HOST:

Health and Wellness Innovator
Hi, I’m Tate. I’m a yoga teacher, holistic health coach, retreat leader, and the founder of Thrive with Tate and Sacred Retreats. I create experiences designed to help people slow down, prioritize their peace and purpose, and remember how good it feels to be fully present in their own lives.
Over the years, Sacred Retreats has taken my guests and me around the world, but some of my favorite moments happen right here at home on Fish River.
The Autumn Gathering is a little piece of that retreat magic brought home: thoughtful movement, beautiful food, creativity, nature, meaningful conversation, and enough space to simply be.
I can’t wait to welcome you to the river and celebrate the beginning of a new season together.
What are you ready to welcome this season?

Tate’s retreat helped me find hope and purpose again. The guided meditations, supportive community, incredible food, and nurturing environment created a safe space for healing and transformation. I left feeling lighter, stronger, and ready to move forward with gratitude and love in my heart.Johanna F.

A NOTE FROM TATE
Sacred Retreats began with the belief that we need spaces in our lives where we can slow down enough to actually notice ourselves again, to walk our path of purpose, and deeply connect with other people.
Usually those spaces take us somewhere far away.
For The Autumn Gathering, I wanted to create that same feeling here at home.
A few hours beside the river. A beautiful table. Movement and stillness.
Something made with your hands. Something released. Something chosen.
And a new season beginning.
I would love to gather here with you for this new season.
With gratitude and light,
Tate
